Shipping Policy

All our packages are fully insured. The estimated delivery times mentioned below include both production and shipping time and apply to orders shipped within Pakistan.

We offer two shipping options:

    Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 working days.

    Urgent Shipping: 3 to 5 working days (charged at PKR 650).

Please note:

    Some customized items may not be eligible for urgent delivery due to production constraints.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

It’s the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email / SMS

This email will provide you with your order ID, allowing you to track your item as it is shipped to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the ''Track my order" page with your Order ID and Email.
